FlowFlex is now a Meta Business Partner, shown with the Meta Business Partner badge

“I used two or three APIs and all of them got banned, my WhatsApp number too.” A computer store owner in Dubai told us this on a sales call. We hear versions of it every week from businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Before they hand over their number, owners want to know one thing: is this provider genuine?

That is why we’re thrilled to announce to clients and advertisers that FlowFlex is now a Meta Business Partner.

Quick answer: what does it mean that FlowFlex is a Meta Business Partner?

FlowFlex has received the Meta Business Partners badge, which Meta gives only to partners that meet its badging criteria. Meta Business Partners are recognized for their ability to help businesses grow today and build for tomorrow. For you, it means the team running your WhatsApp setup has met Meta’s criteria. Your plan, your price and Meta’s per-message charges stay exactly the same.

A Meta Business Partner is a company that holds a badge in Meta Business Partners, Meta’s network of partners that help businesses use Meta technologies such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Only badged partners may call themselves Meta Business Partners or show the badge.

What a Meta Business Partner is: a company badged by Meta after meeting its criteria

The badge is about the partner, not about your account. It tells you the company you work with has met the criteria Meta sets for its badged partners.

FlowFlex is also a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform. That is a separate Meta role for companies that provide WhatsApp messaging services to the businesses they onboard. The two together describe what we do: run WhatsApp for your business on Meta’s own platform, and help you get more from it.

It matters because the provider you choose decides whether your number runs on Meta’s official platform or on a workaround that can get it banned.

Official WhatsApp Business Platform compared with unofficial bulk-sending tools

Many owners we speak to started with unofficial bulk-sending tools. These automate a normal WhatsApp number. In our experience, that number is often restricted soon after the first big send, and the contacts and chat history can go with it.

The WhatsApp Business Platform works differently:

  • Opt-in comes first. The WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy says you may only contact people who gave you their number and agreed to receive messages from you.

  • Templates are reviewed. A template is a pre-written message format that Meta reviews before you can use it to start a conversation.

  • Limits grow with trust. A messaging limit is the number of unique customers you can message outside a customer service window in 24 hours. Meta starts new business portfolios at 250 and raises the limit to 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 and then unlimited as you verify your business and keep message quality high.

A provider that works inside these rules protects your number. The Meta Business Partner badge is one more way to check that the provider you pick takes them seriously.

Nothing you need to act on. Your account, number and workflows keep working exactly as they do today.

It does not give FlowFlex, or any FlowFlex customer, special access, faster approvals or lower prices from Meta. We think it is worth saying plainly.

What the Meta Business Partner badge does not change: approvals, verification and Meta rates
  • Meta still reviews templates and business verification itself. We help you prepare and submit them, but Meta decides, and it gives no guaranteed timeline.

  • Meta still charges per message. Meta’s rates depend on the message category (marketing, utility, authentication or service) and the customer’s country. They are the same whichever provider you use.

  • Messaging limits and quality ratings work the same for everyone. A quality rating is Meta’s score for how people respond to your messages, based on blocks and reports.

  • Your number can still be restricted if you message people who did not opt in, or send content that breaks WhatsApp’s policies.

Ask three questions: where does your WhatsApp account live, who verifies your business, and who bills Meta’s charges?

Three questions to check a WhatsApp Business API provider
  1. Where does the account live? Your WhatsApp Business account should sit in your own Meta business portfolio, so it stays yours if you change provider.

  2. Who verifies the business? Verification should be in your company’s legal name, using your trade licence or CR. Meta runs business verification through Meta Business Suite.

  3. Who bills Meta’s charges? You should be able to see Meta’s per-message rates separately from the provider’s own fee.

A badge on a provider’s website is a good sign. These three answers tell you how the provider will actually run your number.

  • Your WhatsApp Business account is created in your own Meta business portfolio.

  • Your business is verified with Meta in your company’s legal name.

  • The provider uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, not an automated personal or app number.

  • Meta’s per-message rates are shown separately from the provider’s plan fee.

  • Marketing messages go out only as Meta-approved templates.

  • Every contact on your broadcast list has opted in.

  • You can export your contacts and chat history if you leave.

  • The provider explains messaging limits and quality ratings before your first broadcast.

Is FlowFlex a Meta Business Partner?

Yes. FlowFlex is a badged Meta Business Partner, and the Meta Business Partner badge appears on flowflex.ai. FlowFlex is also a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Does the badge change FlowFlex prices?

No. Plans, add-ons and the 14-day free trial stay the same. Meta’s per-message charges are separate and billed at Meta’s rates with no markup.

Will my templates or business verification be approved faster?

No. Meta reviews templates and business verification itself, and the badge does not change that. We help you prepare both so avoidable mistakes are fixed before Meta reviews them.

Does Meta charge less for messages sent through FlowFlex?

No. Meta’s rates depend on the message category and the customer’s country. They are the same whichever provider you use.

Do existing FlowFlex customers need to do anything?

No. Your number, account, templates and workflows keep working as they do today. You do not need to reconnect anything.

Which countries does FlowFlex work in?

FlowFlex works with businesses across the GCC, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and in India. Meta’s message rates differ by country.

If your number has been restricted, your broadcasts are not delivering, or you are not sure your current tool is on the official platform, our team will look at how you send today.
