Our refund policy

Learn about our refund process and the conditions that apply to ensure a smooth transaction experience.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees for our paid plans are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions

  • Add-ons or advanced modules

  • Charges related to account usage or automation limits

Please ensure you fully understand the pricing and features associated with your plan before purchase. No refunds are issued for partial use, mid-cycle cancellations, or unused services.

2. Wallet Top-ups (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)

All wallet top-ups made for communication or automation credits are non-refundable, even if:

  • The credits remain unused

  • Your account is downgraded or canceled

  • Your account is deleted

FlowFlex does not offer any refunds under any circumstances other than when closing a FlowFlex account with a positive wallet balance.

Upon account closure, we will automatically initiate the process for a full refund of your remaining pre-paid balance, once the final tally is calculated by the system. This calculation may take 24 to 48 hours.

Expired or unused message credits after the plan’s validity period cannot be reinstated or refunded.

3. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were:

  • Charged more than once

  • Incorrectly billed

  • Not provided access to a paid feature

Please contact info@flowflex.ai within 7 days of the transaction. Valid cases will be investigated, and any applicable refunds will be processed promptly.

4. Service Interruptions or Downtime

We aim to offer high availability and performance. However, occasional downtime or service interruptions may occur due to updates or technical constraints. Refunds for downtime are not guaranteed, but may be issued at our sole discretion if prolonged service disruptions occur.

5. Trial Period

If you are using FlowFlex under a free trial plan, no charges will apply until the trial ends. After the trial, you will be billed according to the selected plan. No refunds will be offered post-trial billing, so please cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds will be given for unused days or unused features

7. Account Deletion Notice

If you intend to self-delete your account, please raise any questions or concerns with our support team before deleting your account.

Once deleted, all associated data is permanently wiped, and we will not have access to any historic information about your account, including billing records, credit balance, or usage logs. Refunds cannot be processed after deletion.
